About the role
When a new hotel signs with Saamsy, you're the person who makes the software actually work for them. That means on-site installation and configuration, staff training, integration with their existing PMS, and being the calm, knowledgeable voice on the phone when something needs fixing at 2 a.m. during peak season.

You'll manage a portfolio of live properties across the Red Sea, performing proactive health checks, handling escalations, and coordinating with the engineering team when a bug needs a fix rather than a workaround.

The role sits at the intersection of technical troubleshooting and client success. You need the patience to train a front-desk clerk and the technical depth to read a server log.
What we're looking for
  • Experience in hotel operations, IT support, or hospitality software helpdesk
  • Comfort configuring Windows-based systems and basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP)
  • Strong Arabic and English — written and spoken
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a live hotel environment
  • Willingness to travel to properties across the Red Sea governorate
  • Bonus: experience with OPERA, Fidelio, or any PMS
  • Bonus: knowledge of DESKO or similar passport scanner hardware
