About the role
This is a specialist role for someone who enjoys the puzzle of third-party integrations. You'll build and maintain the connectors that link our software to property management systems (Oracle OPERA Cloud, Micros Fidelio), hardware devices (DESKO passport and ID scanners), and external APIs used by hotels across the region.
You'll design robust, fault-tolerant integration layers — handling authentication flows, webhook ingestion, data normalisation, and retry logic — and document them clearly enough that the rest of the team can reason about them.
A background in hospitality technology or a genuine curiosity about how hotel operations software works will make you effective here faster than anything else.

What we're looking for
- ✓ Hands-on experience integrating with REST and SOAP APIs
- ✓ PHP (Laravel) for building and maintaining connector services
- ✓ Understanding of OAuth 2, API keys, and webhook security
- ✓ Experience with queue-based processing (Laravel Queues / Redis)
- ✓ Comfort reading vendor documentation that is occasionally incomplete
- ✓ Bonus: direct experience with OPERA Cloud, Fidelio, or DESKO SDK
- ✓ Bonus: networking basics — TCP ports, VLANs, serial-over-IP
